WE WANT YOU TO LOVE YOUR SEAMSTRESS GARMENT AND WOULDN'T WANT IT TO LIE IN YOUR WARDROBE UNWORN. ANYTHING YOU BUY ONLINE CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED WITHIN A WEEK OF YOUR RECEIVING IT, AS LONG AS THE GARMENT HAS NOT BEEN WORN, AND THE TAGS ARE INTACT ON THE GARMENT. 

Here’s how you can easily return or exchange anything you buy:

Return & Exchange Policy :

Step 1: Send us an email at rasmi@thekaithariproject.org with your order number, telling us which products you want to return or exchange for another size. Please do this within 7 days from the day you receive your order. If you wish to exchange a garment for another size, we will keep the piece you want aside for you.

We do not accept returned garments if the tags are cut off. Also, washed, used or ironed garments cannot be returned or exchanged. We also do not pay for return shipments. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Also, please use a reliable courier service.

Step 3: In case of an exchange, we will ship the replacement garments to you as soon as we receive the products back from you. In case you want to return the product/s, the entire amount will be refunded to you. Refunds: You will receive a full refund via the payment gateway PayU and this will generally take 7 days from the date of us receiving the products back from you.

PS: Our quality control department is rigorous & thorough in pre-shipment inspections, but on a rare occasion it is possible that a human error has occurred. In such a case, please return the garment back with labels & tags intact, within 7 days from the date of receiving the order & we will send you a replacement. Send us an email so that we can keep aside a fresh piece for you.

Cancellation Policy :

Soon after placing an order, if you were to change your mind, please mail us at rasmi@seamstress.co.in to cancel the order. Please do so within 24 hours of placing the order, so that we can withhold the despatch. Refunds: You will receive a full refund via the payment gateway PayU and this will generally take 7 days from the date of cancellation.
